Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Nutri app, operated by Marshall Relay Limited ("we"). By using the app you accept them together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, these terms prevail where the law allows.
1. What the app does
Nutri estimates calories and nutrients of meals from photos, descriptions and barcodes, keeps a food diary and offers targets, forecasts and suggestions. Estimates are produced by AI and nutrition tables and are shown with a range: they can be wrong. Check and correct them when accuracy matters to you.
2. Not medical advice
The app is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Its suggestions, including the AI nutritionist's answers, are general information, not medical or dietary advice. Consult a doctor or a registered dietitian before significant changes to your diet or activity, especially if you have a medical condition, an eating disorder or a history of one, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
3. Free plan and Premium
- The free plan includes a limited number of photo analyses per day, voice and text logging, the diary and daily targets.
- Premium unlocks unlimited photo analyses, the plan and forecast, weekly insights and the AI nutritionist. A free trial may be offered once per installation; it does not require payment details and does not renew into a paid subscription by itself.
- Premium subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store at the price shown before purchase. They renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no automated or bulk requests, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the servers, no unlawful content, and no use of the service to build a competing dataset. We may limit or suspend access that breaks these rules.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to the photos and texts you submit. You allow us to process them to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time in the app.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if Premium features are removed while you have an active subscription, you can request a refund through Apple. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of estimates shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
